200 Hr Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training with Source Yoga

Are you ready to immerse deeply into your Ashtanga yoga practice?

Caroline Klebl offers a comprehensive Ashtanga yoga teacher training program that is open to any who wishes to deepen their practice and understanding of Ashtanga Yoga. Her training combines high standards of yoga asana practice, along with the development of teaching skills. Both of which are necessary to introduce students to yoga practice safely and effectively. Furthermore, this program combines the high standards of practice, required by the Ashtanga Vinyasa System.
The Source of Yoga yoga teacher training is registered with the yoga alliance, and surpasses their 200 and 500 hour yoga teacher training international certification standards. Beginners are welcome to attend the 200 hour yoga training programs.

About Caroline Klebl

Caroline Klebl has been teaching yoga since 1997. She trained with Sri K Pattabhi Jois over the course of nine years, and was authorized to teach Ashtanga Yoga by Sri K Pattabhi Jois in 2005. Additionally, she practiced and studied Iyengar and Viniyoga, as well as transcendental meditation and Vipassana. She studied traditional Ayurveda and Pancha Karma, Sanskrit, and Yoga Philosophy in South India. She received a PhD in Yoga from the Indian University of Alternative Medicine. Prior to teaching yoga, she was an avid snowboarder and worked as vegetarian chef. Since 1998, she has taught yoga courses and retreats in Europe, Africa, Asia, the US and Central and South America.
