Who is buying property?

Can I sell my property if I want to?

Of course you can sell your property if you want. This can be easily handled as transferring your title to another person.

How is the Eco-Resort owned?

Each lot will be granted title. With this title you can incorporate giving you benefits of flexibility concerning title transfer.

Is it safe to invest in Costa Rica?

Costa Rica is called “the Switzerland of Central America” because of its neutrality and of its stability. It also has the most stable government and the best infrastructure of any Latin American or Caribbean country. Costa Rica is a democracy and has a very stable government. The only country in the western hemisphere without an army is Costa Rica; it abolished its army in 1949 and allocated the defence budget to education and healthcare. They are the strongest ally for the United States in Central America. There are no restrictions for foreign ownership of land in Costa Rica. Foreigner ownership rights are the same as Costa Rica nationals and are protected by the constitution. Neither citizenship, nor residency, or even a presence in the country is required to owe land. There are regulations which apply to everyone if buying beach front property within 200 meters of the high tide mark.

How is the climate in Costa Rica?

Costa Rica is located in the tropics. It does not have the four seasons, its climate is pleasant warm during the whole year. Its average temperature around the year is 24° – 26° Celsius (75°F – 79°F). The ocean temperature oscillates between 22° – 28° Celsius (72° – 82°F). The Caribbean Coast is covered by tropical rainforest and remains green during the whole year. The driest months on the Caribbean are February, March and September, October.

Where exactly is Costa Rica?

Costa Rica is located in Central America, north of Panama, flanked by the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean. It is a small country, with 250 km (155 miles) between coasts and about 400 km (250 miles) length. Costa Rica is well known for its biodiversity, it is a paradise of natural beauty. Its tropical rainforest and dry forest contain 6% of the world’s species although the area of the country is as less as 0.1% of the territory of the earth. Locals are very friendly and there are few countries that welcome foreigners as well as Costa Rica.
