Sun-Wha Yoga Retreat

Allow yourself to fully relax and to rejuvenate body and mind with this yoga retreat designed to help you reset. You will also have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of self-care and self-love through the practice of yoga, Ayurveda and essential oils. There will be two yoga classes per day with a mix of Vinyasa, Yin, meditation and Ayurvedic yoga. The healing powers of essential oils will be incorporated into every class. The focus for this retreat and for the classes is to nourish and support body, mind and heart. The classes are suitable for all levels.

This retreat is led by yoga teachers Johanna Sun-wha Lundqvist and Sophie Schäfgen. Together, they will guide you through the practices with individual adjustments designed for your needs. They will teach you the fundamental principles of Ayurveda – the sister science of yoga. In which, you will learn more about nutrition and lifestyle choices, as well as the usage of essential oils. Also, how to incorporate plants as a natural medicine for physical, mental and emotional well-being. 

Johanna and Sophie’s goal is for you to not only have an unforgettable and blissful experience in Costa Rica, but to also take something with you home in order to stay healthy and in balance in your every day life.
