A lot of people often complain of having issues with lower back pain. When it comes to injuries or aggravated muscles, lower back pain is particularly uncomfortable, because it’s the center of our entire body! So whether you’re sitting standing, or sometimes even lying down, you feel it. If this is something you struggle with, we can help. There’s a yoga pose for that! And no, you don’t have to be a seasoned yogi to do them. They’re very simple exercises. A lot of times, when our muscles hurt, we work hard at stretching them out. Which sometimes does the trick. But other times, especially with lower back pain, we need to be a little more gentle. So this series of yoga poses is simple, yet effective to help relieve lower back pain.
